Everyone has a story within them and YOUR story matters to me. If you are wondering if your issues are worth talking about and getting support for, allow me to share with you this thought from Viktor Frankl a Holocaust survivor, “To draw an analogy: a man’s suffering is similar to the behavior of a gas. If a certain quantity of gas is pumped into an empty chamber, it will fill the chamber completely and evenly, no matter how big the chamber. Thus suffering completely fills the human soul and conscious mind, no matter whether the suffering is great or little. Therefore the “size” of human suffering is absolutely relative.” YOUR pain, YOUR difficulties, YOUR suffering and whatever it is that YOU are going through big or small matters. If it is impacting your life and you often find yourself pondering about it do reach out.
I will listen to you attentively with all of my being, I will provide you a safe space for you to be you, to express yourself, to work through the things that have brought you through my door and together we will work towards the things you want for your life. I work with the whole person, even parts of you that you think are not welcomed are welcome in the space I provide so that when all parts are embraced healing can take place. I also work with a person in a systemic way by taking into account the system a person in when I counsel because everything is related to each other in some way.
Make your mental health a priority! Reach out when you are ready or need to as my doors are always open and we can find a way together to support YOU!
