Trainee Clinical Psychologist

I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist who believes that therapy begins with a simple but meaningful experience: being able to speak honestly, feel heard, and be understood without judgment. I strive to create a warm and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace, making sense of their emotions, and discovering new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.

I provide individual therapy for adults and children, group therapy, and mental health assessments. My approach is grounded in person-centredness and draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

I believe that therapy is not about having all the answers, but about creating space to ask meaningful questions, recognise one’s strengths, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. Through this process, I hope to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges, one step at a time.
