Myra is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who brings warmth, openness, and a deep understanding to every session. With a personal life experience that shaped her unique perspective, she is committed to creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel truly seen and heard.

As a pre-licensed counsellor, I’m deeply motivated to help individuals rediscover their inner strength, especially in moments when they feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed. I work at a pace that feels right for you, with deep consideration of the parts that still feel wounded.

I aim to create an emotionally attuned space in the counselling room for deeper exploration, where there is no pressure to explain, fix, or make sense of things before you’re ready. Here, your emotions are met with care, and deep respect, where healing is not rushed, but gently supported.

My therapeutic approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also work from a culturally-informed lens having lived and worked both in Australia and Singapore.

Introductory for Individual Counselling	1 hour for RM150

Introductory for Couple Counselling	1.5 hours for RM180
