With a genuine passion for mental health, I strive to be personally and professionally equipped as a counsellor, to walk alongside you in your journey towards well-being.
Having worked with young adults, I empathise with people experiencing life transitions and facing various challenges, such as grief. Being more inclined to Person-Centred and Reality Therapy, I could help with deepening self-understanding and gaining clarity of your goals.

It somehow gives the sense of comfort towards our past choices, at the same time, highlighting the responsibility for us to act purposefully. I believe you and me, are all trying our best to get through our lives, sometimes we are just in need of a nudge of support.
