Felicia Sheu

Trainee Counsellor

I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of what they are experiencing. Sometimes, people may look like they are managing on the outside, while inside they may feel anxious, tired, disconnected, or unsure of how to put things into words.

My approach is integrative and grounded in a client-centred foundation. I do not see counselling as rushing to fix everything immediately. In sessions, I hope to offer a space where you do not have to explain everything perfectly, and where we can slow things down, notice what is happening, and make sense of it together.

Together, we can explore the emotions, relationships, personal patterns, and deeper needs behind what you may be experiencing. I hope to support you in reconnecting with yourself, understanding yourself a little better, and taking small steps towards change at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

Even small steps can help you feel a little lighter, and I hope to notice those steps with you as we go.
