Trainee Counsellor

I offer a warm, calm, and reflective space for clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of what they are experiencing. My approach is integrative and grounded in a client-centred foundation, where I value safety, empathy, and moving at a pace that feels respectful to the client.

In counselling, I am often curious about the emotions, relationships, personal patterns, and deeper needs behind what clients bring into the room. I hope to support clients in making sense of their experiences, reconnecting with their emotions, and developing greater self-understanding without feeling rushed or judged.

I believe that even small steps can help clients feel a little lighter, and I hope to notice them with clients as they go.

Trainee Counsellor Rate

Individual Counselling	1 hour for RM50
Couple Counselling	1.5 hours for RM100
Psychological Assessment	1 hour for RM50
Career Development and Assessment	1 hour for RM50
