Pre-licensed Clinical Psychologist
I am a pre-licensed clinical psychologist, and I have completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Taylor’s University. I am passionate about supporting individuals through evidence-based psychological care, with a focus on empathy, growth, and collaboration.
My approach integrates both therapy and psychological assessment to address a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns. I draw on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
In addition to therapeutic work, I have hands-on experience administering and interpreting a variety of psychological assessments to support diagnoses related to cognitive functioning, learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions, and mental health challenges.
My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journey toward healing and personal growth.
