Bryce Ong
Junior Clinical Psychologist
In his work, Bryce commonly supports clients who are navigating questions around identity, life purpose, and meaning. He has a strong interest in helping individuals develop a rich and meaningful inner life, and often explores existential themes, values, and belief systems as part of the therapeutic process.
With close to two years of clinical experience, I have worked with adults across various settings, providing psychological support through different therapeutic approaches. I previously practised as a Registered Psychologist at Singapore, delivering online video therapy, telephone-based wellness calls, and teleconsultations to adults and corporate-insured clients. I also completed nine months of clinical training at a private centre, alongside in-house training at the university setting.
Bryce primarily draws from both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and tailors his approach to suit each client’s style, needs and goals.
Beyond therapy, I have experience in conducting and interpreting psychological assessments to help identify cognitive difficulties, learning challenges, neurodevelopmental conditions such as (i.e. ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia etc.), and other mental health concerns.
